The contemporary bistro Pisacco represents the future of Italian cuisine: carefully selected ingredients at an acceptable price.

Pisacco is a contemporary bistrot with an hybrid restaurant-bar formula, facing via Solferino, an historical and really central street in the Brera district. The place is spread over two floors, with contemporary arts and an industrial chic ambience.

At the very entrance of Pisacco one encounters technical furnishing and two large zinc tables used as a bar, but where you can have a small lunch as well. The walls display over time different contemporary artworks, nowadays exhibiting a wall garden drawn by Gabriella Ciancimino.

The menu is always short and written on a piece of paper, with the choices changing once a month and a different specialty every day. The recipes are based on the italian basic ingredients (meat, fish, mushrooms, eggs and pasta, among the others) and also the wine list is oriented towards territorial specialties.

The result is an everyday simple cuisine but with a creative twist.
