WEEKENDER: DIE WÜRSTCHEN SIND AUS! FRÜHSTÜCK IN DER FLEISCHEREI
Ein perfekter Samstag beginnt mit frischen Croissants, duftendem Milchkaffee, frischem Orangensaft und Wohlfühlambiente. Ein perfekter Samstag in Leipzig beginnt in der ”Fleischerei”.
Nach unserem Abend in der "Weinwirtschaft" in der Tradition Johann Sebastian Bachs und einer wunderbaren Nacht im "arcona Living Bach14" wollen wir heute viel Erleben und die Stadt entdecken. Wir sind gespannt!
Hier hängen keine Würstchen und riesigen Schinken mehr von der Decke. Statt dessen lachen uns zauberhafte Törtchen und gutaussehende Kuchen von der Theke aus an. In der ehemaligen Fleischerei, deren Namen erhalten blieb, werden jetzt tagsüber verschiedenste Kaffeespezialitäten und abends leckere Drinks serviert. Außerdem gibt es eine kleine ausgewählte Speisekarte mit Suppen, Quiche oder Panini.

Verantwortlich für die Übernahme ist das Team vom Szenelokal “Hotel Seeblick”, die beiden Leipziger Jana Hiersemann und Roland Keimel. Gemeinsam mit dem Designer Michael Grzesiak haben sie umgebaut und -gestaltet und dabei das historische Ambiente wunderbar erhalten und in Szene gesetzt.

Die Räume gehörten mehr als 100 Jahre zu der "Fleischerei Zeymer" - die hier auch tatsächlich Fleisch und Wurstwaren anbot - und begeistert mit den handgefertigten Kacheln aus der Gründerzeit, gusseisernen Haken und einer farbenfrohen Deckenbemalung aus dem frühen 20. Jahrhundert. Nach dem leckeren Wohlfühlfrühstück im historischen Ambiente der ”Fleischerei” sind wir nun voller Tatendrang und wahnsinnig gespannt auf eine Tour durch Leipzig.Was wir wohl alles entdecken werden!?
